First-class production in Europe
Our factory, located in Tordesillas, Spain, produces palletizing stretch film for the industrial, logistics and service sectors.
Our site covers an area of almost 20,000 m², with a storage capacity of 4,000 m² and an annual production capacity of 16,000 tonnes.
Raw materials are stored in our silos, which can hold over 500 tonnes.

How do you choose the right film?
To choose your film, you first need to define its mechanical characteristics, which depend on its intended use:
- The clamping force obtained by the elastic memory effect
- Elongation capacity and tear resistance
- Puncture resistance
- In machine use, the level of flexibility to absorb the speed and acceleration constraints of the banding machine.

Manual film :
Manual stretch film is a polyethylene film that needs to be stretched before being applied by wrapping it around the pallet. It serves to secure your products to the pallet, and stabilize it for safe transport. BSPI offers a wide range of manual stretch films:
- Standard film: manual film with a very high level of opacity.
- Macroperforated film: whether manual or automatic, our macroperforated films adapt to different stretching and aeration constraints.
- Pre-stretched cast: thanks to their weight and size, our manual pre-stretched films are designed to optimize filming while minimizing operator effort, with identical load-holding for each of our customers' pallets.
