INDUSTRIAL SITE MANAGER (M/F)
Based in Tordesillas / province of Valladolid (Spain)
(M/F) Reporting to the General Manager and working with the Technical Manager and Export Sales Manager, you will manage, organize and steer the stretch film production site . After training in our products and processes :
- You are responsible for compliance with the rules, prevention and safety of employees and the site;
- You will lead and direct the project to improve the teams' control of the industrial tool: production orientations, productivity, quality and industrialization of new products;
- You will supervise a team of 40 employees , coordinating and developing their skills. You will be supported by a Production Manager, a Maintenance and New Works Manager, a Logistics/Workplace Safety Manager and a Quality Controller;
- With a view to continuous improvement, performance and profitability, you will analyze the performance indicators, monitor, manage and develop the business, while ensuring quality and meeting customer delivery deadlines.
- You contribute to the industrial management of product innovation and to the deployment of the Group's CSR policy.
(M/F) Holder of a higher education diploma (engineering school / production engineer / industrial engineer), you have successful experience in a similar position in an industrial environment (ideally in the plastics industry). You have helped to set up and optimize processes in quality-oriented industrial environments. Recognized for your responsiveness, sense of responsibility andorganizational skills, you are a strong leader. Your analytical skills and ability to make decisions are valued. Rigorous, you are able to work independently and make proposals.
Ideally, you have already worked in a multicultural environment.
Bilingual Spanish essential. Professional English preferred.
